This full-time position will be responsible for coordinating the needs of multiple faculty and programs within the Section of General Pediatrics. Responsibilities for the Program Coordinator may include, but not limited to, maintaining calendars for the medical director, faculty and clinic (CHC, SCC, YMC and Nursery); assisting with grant applications and managing expenses; preparing reports of findings which include solutions; analyzing, evaluating, developing, and implementing work processes to achieve program efficiencies and deliver needed services effectively; scheduling meetings; maintaining clinic schedules; maintain learners clinical and non-clinical schedules; maintain call schedule; organizing Section documents; managing CME accounts; assist faculty with reimbursement; assist with credentialing of new and existing faculty; assisting faculty with travel and other arrangements; and office management. This is a high-functioning position that requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Medical Director/Assistant Medical Director at the Child Health Clinic and the Young Mother’s Clinic to manage the clinical calendar, which includes scheduling Medical Students, Residents, Fellows, Mid-Levels, and MD Faculty members for their time in the clinic seeing patients.
- Manage and track CU-Medicine and University accounts and generate reports. Including but not limited to preparing budget documents, overseeing compliance with budget guidelines, interpreting budget materials, guidelines, and processes in line with program accounts and budget.
- Maintain all provider schedules in Qgenda.
- Perform patient intake for the International Adoption Clinic, including triaging pre-adopt review, billing for pre-adopt review, and coordinating appointments.
- Work with faculty investigators to develop, track, and manage project budgets and coordinate and organize meetings among multiple people to occur by phone or in person.
- Track faculty files for credentialing, including BLS/PALS recertification, license renewal, DEA, and association dues. Proactively assist faculty in renewing their credentials to avoid lapses in credentialing and membership.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned.

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
