As Project manager Financial Services, you will play a vital role in driving strategic projects. You’ll use your expertise to guide projects from inception to completion. Your insight and hands-on project management will ensure our clients achieve their business outcomes efficiently.

What will you do?
You will help shape and deliver the future of large-scale transformation programs by structuring delivery, aligning teams, and enabling agile execution. By creating roadmaps, adequate resource planning, and financial oversight, you’ll empower organizations to turn strategy into impact - ensuring initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead the development and management of comprehensive project plans
Collaborate with clients to scope, analyze, and define both business and technical requirements
Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management
Oversee project delivery for IT, encompassing monitoring, reporting, and adapting an agile way of working (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint cadences, scrum-of-scrums)
Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting
Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively
Assist with financial management, including budget oversight and business case development
Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly
Requirements
Your skills & qualifications
Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in Dutch or French
+4 years of experience in a project-based environment, with a strong understanding of both technical & business requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience within the financial services sector
Familiar with methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Waterfall or Agile
Experience in change management or digital transformation
Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
