Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics

About the role
As a Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics the majority of your role will be focused on translating business needs and requests into data by developing and reporting supply chain analytics related to purchasing, inventory, sourcing, pricing, etc. along with the management of business systems used within supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct reporting, including key performance indicators, lean kaizen requests, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function.
- Work closely with SCO leadership and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct complex analysis of system and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide timely solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Create complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics and KPI tracking.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple reporting systems and data sources.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives and immediate business needs
- Act as a liaison between the SCO teams and Data Office teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data structures
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management.
- 5 years’ related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value.
- Expert in Power BI, PowerApps experience is a plus.
- Skilled in SQL, DAX, M Code, data modeling, data mining, and analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multi task.
- Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team- oriented.

- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
