Overview

Lead a team of multi-functional employees with responsibility to maximize company results for the Quinn Power Systems Rental business. Serve as a leader for the company in the Rental Manager role. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key customers. Drive continuous company improvement and growth.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $119,680 - $151,219

 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

• Manages the activities of power rental sales and administrative staff

• Power rental equipment sales

• Manages department sales goals

• Manages department budget

• Manages fleet inventories 

• Coordinates marketing programs

• Answers escalated customer concerns in support of superior customer satisfaction; Oversees department employee training

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Directly supervises employees in the Power Rental Department. 

 

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
