Job Description

In the growing area of Content Technology, you will shape the software that brings our products to life.  

Together with your team, you will create innovative software products in the areas of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM), and integrate them into an existing environment. You will develop and continuously improve value-adding features and enable their successful use and adoption.  

Together with your business colleagues in the Content Creation areas, you identify opportunities for business improvement, process changes or new features and solutions. 

In all these areas, you can rely on a team of highly qualified developers and product managers.

You will:

• Deprecate legacy monolithic software environments and replace them with more current software products 

• Own the vision for group-wide content technology architecture 

• Consult your business stakeholders and improve their processes 

• Monitor and support the adoption and performance of your software 

• Keep a transparent and tangible development roadmap 

• Manage the work in progress and team health for a developer team of four 

• Manage user feedback, requirements, and issues 

• Build an agile organization within the Content Technology area 

• Promote agile working methods and mindsets with your business partners 

Qualifications

Must haves:

• 5 years of experience as either an IT Product owner, technical Project manager, or integration consultant 

• Academic background in an engineering or science, ideally with a minor in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Computational Linguistics and knowledge about Python, SQL, REST, PHP, Docker will help 

• Deep understanding of agile principles and knowledge about their application in product development 

• Subject-matter knowledge about e-commerce processes, such as product creation and enrichment 

• A deep understanding of software and database architectures 

• Fluent in written and spoken English 

• Effective communication skills, including presentation and mediation 

Nice to have:

• Ideally practical experience in e-commerce with a focus on PIM, MDM or DAM

• Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcome!
