About the role
You’ll be focused in• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure• Managing and optimizing AWS resources to ensure cost-efficiency• Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts• Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues• Implementing security best practices and compliance measures• Collaborating with development teams to support application deployment• Automating operational tasks using scripting and automation tools• Conducting regular system audits and generate reports• Staying updated with the latest AWS features and industry trends• Providing technical guidance and support to team members
In order to succeed, you’ll need• Proficiency in AWS services (S3, ECS, Lambda, Glue, Athena, EC2, SageMaker, Batch Processing, Bedrock, API Gateway, Security Hub, AWS Inspector, etc.)• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tool AWS CDK with a programming language like Python or Typescript • Knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols and SonarQube• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Gitlab• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail)• Understanding of containerization (Docker, ECS)• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
