We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Senior Specialist to Remotely join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Permanent Remote Role, Salary $80,000/annually

Basic Qualifications:
4 Years General Ledger Reconciliation Experience
4 Years Mutual Fund Valuations, Multiple Account Reconciliation and/or Financial Reporting experience
4 Years Insurance Product Experience
4 year Variable Reconciliation Experience
4 Years Experience with Excel utilizing/running vlookups and pivot tables
• High School Diploma or Post Secondary Diploma
Responsibilities:
• Performing routine duties and data analysis for separate accounts.
• Reconciles Daily wire, Gain and Loss, shares, Units, trades dollar, Asset and Liability breakage report , Dividends and M&E between Admin System and Accounting or fund family
• Reconciles GL accounts, research variances, and resolves open issues
• Conducting daily verification of capital flows
• Prepares various Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and compliance reports
• Maintain, review and update appropriate procedures and policies.
• Support activities for internal and external audit request
• Attention to detail and multitasking multiple programs simultaneously
• Develop solutions for escalated and increasingly complex problems and situations.
• Handles a diverse range of issues that require evaluating a variety of factors including business trends.
• Establishes timeframes and priorities based on project or program objectives.
• Updates management on project / activity status.
• Advanced client interaction skills.
• Advanced ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions.
• Exceptional understanding of process interdependencies.
• Strong ability to define SOPs for new deals
• Possesses expert domain knowledge in F&A domain.
