The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Technology team and help us build the next generation of connectivity. This person will be responsible for the overall design of a product, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on seamless UX. This designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other designers to create products that are both user-friendly and meet business goals. This ideal candidate maintains a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and can translate translate into best practice design solutions. Also, this person is skilled in prototyping, wireframing, and creating low and high-fidelity mockups, specifically for mobile devices.

We are open to hire for our offices in Berlin, Germany, and Lisbon, Portugal.

What you will do:

• Lead the design of new and existing mobile products, from ideation using design Thinking methodologies: ideate, prototype and test. End-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation,
• Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps to inform the design process for mobile devices, develop prototypes, and create high-fidelity mockups for web apps and mobile devices.
• Be self-motivated, able to work independently and also able to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to implement final designs for mobile devices.

• Conduct usability testing to ensure that designs are user-friendly and meet business goals for mobile devices
• Responsible managing the design system which is to be maintaining and kept up to date Qualifications.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX A strong portfolio with case studies is required.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma
• Previous experience running/ facilitating user testing workshops.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Experience with coding and development (a plus, but not required)
