We’re looking for engineers to help build awesome mobile apps! (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose and Swift + SwiftUI)

Who might be a good fit for this role:

• 2-3 years of experience building SwiftUI and Jetpack compose apps.

• Though you may not have years of programming experience, you know you’ve got a knack for it.

• Really smart and adaptable

• You work really quickly and don’t quit until you figure something out

• An understanding of the fundamental similarities and differences between Jetpack compose and SwiftUI, and the ability to build the same interfaces and state models in both

What you would do in this role:

• Build new Android and iOS app features simultaneously

• Bring features that exist in one platform to the other to reach parity

• Help with tier II support. If CX can’t figure out a customer issue, you look deeper into it.

• Work with product/engineering to brainstorm how to solve problems and reduce customer issues

• Fix bugs, build features, etc that help reduce customer issues

• Design/plan and build great mobile architectures that map well to both platforms

• Implement cross platform code for business logic

• Write tests for new features and implement tests for existing features

Our hiring process is two steps:

1. A quick 30 minute screening assignment (We’ll give you plenty of notice).

2. A 48 hour paid challenge where you build a complex app (using AI is encouraged) in both SwiftUI and Jetpack. If you submit working apps that meet all the requirements by the deadline, we will pay you $3,000. (Again, we’ll give you plenty of notice)

• We’re a small and efficient dev team

• We’re growing gangbusters. All revenue-backed, super low churn.

• Raised a $20M Series-A a few months ago

• Unlimited PTO with manager approval

• $30-$70/hour depending on experience

• HQ based in SLC, Utah

Salary: 30 - 70 USD an hour
