Job Description: The Stringer's top priority is to ensure every student-athlete and coach receives the best possible tennis experience with the racquet service provided, including stringing, re-stringing, general racquet maintenance, and customization. Job Duties and Responsibilities Performs stringing, re-stringing, racquet maintenance, and customization of racquets. Ensures the stringing machine is in proper working condition. Provides exceptional service by fitting equipment choices (racquet model, weight, and balance; and string model, thickness, and tension) with the playing style and physique of the player. Ensuring grips and grommets strip/bumper guards are all in good repair. The ability to string a tennis racquet is a requirement.
