Customer Solutions Analyst - Supply Chain

<p>     </p> <h2>Position Summary</h2> <p> </p> <p>In order to complete our Customer Service team in the Supply Chain department, we are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Analysts and a Vendor Managed Inventory Planner (VMI).</p> <p>In this position, you will not only help our customers solve their issues but you will help us to implement a new way of working to transform existing processes and win with Customers. </p> <p>You will implement and drive a specific approach to gain in efficiency and to win in Customer satisfaction. You will work along the entire business process, resolve issues, and provide guidance for the day-today operations.</p> <p> </p> <h2>A day in the life of a Customer Solutions Analyst</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You are in charge of your own customer’s portfolio (B2B), contacting them and collaborating with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction.</li> <li>Nestlé customer service deals with several product categories.</li> <li>Providing response or feedback for order-related concerns (deliveries, billing concerns ...).</li> <li>Transversal interactions / relationships with other departments within the Operations team (Logistics team, Demand and Planning team), a center of operations in Portugal and with Sales / Marketing</li> <li>Continuously driving and encouraging improvements meeting all internal and external KPI's.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>What will make you successful</h2> <p> </p> <p>A person that want to be part of a department that transform existing processes and win with Customers, that feels comfortable to work in transformation and change environments.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering or equivalent by experience.</li> <li>Passion for working with customers internally and externally based on trust and want to develop long-term relationships.</li> <li>A previous experience in customer service, vendor managed inventory planning, sales finance are assets.</li> <li>Fluent in French with a professional knowledge of English (daily contact with Lisbon) and Dutch.</li> <li>Efficiency and organization with a pro-active way of working.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
