I.  Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Learning Transformation will lead and oversee the L&LD organization’s portfolio of programs and offerings, budget management, vendor management, process efficiency, internal communications and stakeholder engagement. You will drive continual focus on transforming how our people learn and grow to demonstrate our commitment to People First. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating structures and systems from ambiguity, with the wisdom to balance flexibility where needed, diplomacy to build strong relationships across a wide range of internal stakeholders, and gravitas to represent the L&D organization in different forums.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

• Oversee the portfolio of L&LD programs and offerings to ensure timely design and delivery, identifying any capacity issues or resource reallocation needs.
• Oversee the L&LD budget, including financial forecasting and invoice tracking and reconciliation, to ensure budget targets are met.
• Manage the L&LD vendor portfolio, including third-party due diligence processes and executing vendor portfolio rationalization strategies.
• Sustain the regular operating rhythm of the L&LD organization and leadership team, including weekly leadership team meetings, quarterly operating reviews, quarterly L&LD reports, and quarterly L&D town halls.
• Identify and lead L&LD wide process improvement initiatives.
• Understand the latest developments in learning technology, in order to build a best-in-class learning architecture (leveraging AI, digital learning content, gamification, etc.)
• Support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by increasing visibility and accessibility to existing learning resources.
• Measure ROI and impact across all learning programs

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience 

Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirement)
