We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team creative team (Brand Studio). As a leading player in the software-as-a-service industry, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform the way businesses operate. The Creative Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of creative projects within our dynamic and collaborative creative department and to partner and support the Head of Creative at the day to day work as well as the building of the creative team.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for creative initiatives within the SaaS company.
    • Coordinate project resources, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of team members' skills.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment by facilitating communication and cooperation among cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, developers, and marketing professionals.
    • Serve as a liaison between the creative team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Resource Management:
    • Monitor and manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.
    • Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them to maintain project timelines.
  • Quality Control:
    • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that creative deliverables meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct regular project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and gather feedback.
    • Ensure that client expectations are effectively communicated to the creative team and incorporated into project deliverables.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop contingency plans.
    • Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation to Head of Creative:
    • Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and resource utilization.
    • Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
    • Help with resourcing of freelancer and contractors with projects as well as contracts and billing.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years leading creative projects with creative teams 
  • Proven experience as a project manager in a creative or marketing department.
  • Experience leading medium to large-sized projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing organizations and creative teams
  • Appetite for problem solving and a love for fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Very high standards
  • Ability to articulate the subjectivity of creative strategy to business goals
  • Loves creative 

Our base salary cash compensation range for this role is $92,000 to $115,000 in Denver and most remote locations and $112,000 - $139,000 in San Francisco and New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
