Job Description

As a Global Communication Expert for the Bosch Travel2Expense Service, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global communication and training strategy. We invite you to bring fresh insights and innovative ideas to enhance the strategy's implementation. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, planning, and implementing communication measures, including the creation of visually appealing graphic elements to facilitate user-friendly content delivery to our diverse target groups, while adhering to the corporate design style guide.

Main Attributions and Responsibilities:

Management of the internal community "Bosch Connect" (Global & German communities).
Continuous enhancement of Global & German communication channels and interfaces (Bosch Global Network (BGN) portal, MyHR portal, NG portal, bTravel tools interfaces, etc.).
Execution of various communication formats, such as email communication, newsletters, video tutorials, infographics, blog posts, etc.
Autonomous management of diverse communication projects, such as the implementation of a new design for "Bosch Connect" in all countries where the Travel-2-Expense (T2E) service is active.
Support and partial moderation of T2E Consultation Hours (Dialog format for exchange with users).
Consultation and support of T2E service experts in all communication matters.
Adherence to and application of procedures within the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company.
Fulfillment of any other tasks related to the area of responsibility as requested by the direct superior.

Qualifications

University Diploma in communications, marketing, communication design, communication sciences, human resources, business administration, educational sciences, or comparable.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English and German (Mandatory).
Experience and know-how: Significant professional experience in a communication/design/marketing/training context, strong written expression skills, ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable and illustrative manner, proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience in creating various communication and training formats (e.g., video formats, graphic elements, texts).
Personality and working style: Creative, proactive, strong communicator, team player, independent, structured, networker, holistic and “out-of-the-box” thinker, results-oriented, reliable, diligent, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm: Passionate about working creatively and autonomously, with a desire for freedom, sensitivity, and empathy for the communication needs of diverse international stakeholders and end-users, and an affinity for creating graphic elements and staying abreast of communication trends.
