Overnight Operations Supervisor - AC Worcester Hotel

Headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development and asset management firm. Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further. 

Claremont is growing and we’re looking to add an Overnight Operations Supervisor to our team at the AC Hotel in Worcester, MA. This role is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all guest requests between the hours of 11:00PM and 7:00AM and we would love to add you to our team!

Requirements:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs from 11:00PM until 7:00AM
• Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for all areas of hotel operations are processed correctly and recorded accurately
• Protect the brand and asset against liability and fraud
• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations
• Reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely and optimal operations and optimal operations
• Provide rooms management with a clear picture of their performance using gathered data
• Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenue is in balance
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk during overnight hours

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience required
• Accounting background preferred but not required
• Ability to compile facts and figures with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to operate hotel systems and software, including a cash register
• Effective and courteous communication skills
• Ability to occasionally lift luggage up to 50 pounds
