The Role

The Sr. Lead Information Security Engineer is a senior level Identity and Access Management professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, ensuring compliance, and leading IAM initiatives to secure access to company resources. 

Location

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implantation, and maintenance of IAM systems. 
• Ensure IAM solutions meet compliance and security requirements. 
• Manage user identities, access, and privileges. 
• Maintain the identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and user access reviews. 
• Monitor IAM systems for performance and security incidents. 
• Lead and mentor IAM team members, providing guidance and support. 
• Collaborate with other Security/IT teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure IAM solutions meet their needs. 

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. 
• Strong familiarity with Oracle Identity Management system and databases. 
• Experience with IAM platforms and tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviyant, Okta). 
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity management technologies. 
• Experience with scripting and automation tools. 
• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience 
• Preferred - Master’s degree with 8 years of experience 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
