What You’ll Do:
Our Revenue Operations team is building the systems backbone that powers CoreWeave’s rapid growth. We design and deliver scalable, reliable tooling that supports our GTM teams, strengthens data quality, and enables efficient cross-functional operations across Sales, Finance, Billing Engineering, and Product.
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that drive CoreWeave’s Go-To-Market motion. Your day-to-day will include building automation with Flows and Apex, managing integrations, improving data governance, and developing Lightning and Apex functionality to support evolving business needs. You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected technical deliverables, ensuring high reliability, clear documentation, and long-term scalability. This role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience in B2B environments (SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure preferred)
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, Flows, validation rules, custom metadata, and automation best practices
- Hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting across Salesforce and integrated applications
- Experience implementing and maintaining integrations using APIs or iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Boomi, Workato, Tray.io)
- Experience contributing to Agile/DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD processes, and test frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-ready solutions
- Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices relevant to Salesforce
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and reporting best practices
- Experience refactoring legacy automations and reducing technical debt
- Familiarity with CPQ concepts and related Salesforce data structures
- Experience with BI tools and GTM analytics (e.g., Tableau, Mosaic)
