Class A Dedicated Driver - Home Daily To Weekly - New CDL Graduates OK

We are excited to invite Class A Drivers, whether you are just starting your career with no prior experience or a seasoned professional with extensive driving background, to consider applying for this Dedicated account driving position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate 53’ refrigerated trailers, providing essential transportation services while navigating the routes across the Central and Western regions of the country. Depending on your location and personal preference, you will benefit from either daily home time, allowing you to return home after your shifts, or a weekly home time schedule, which provides a larger block of time each week to spend with family and friends. • 53’ Refer Trailers with a Dedicated account in their grocery division
• 100% no touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live store load/unloads
• Weekly set home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Daily home time if you live within 50 miles of Harrisonville, MO (slip seat trucks)
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.

• 1500 - 1800 miles a week.

Requirements

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with at least 1-year recent driving experience.
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job.
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum unemployment.
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.

Benefits

• $1100 - $1200 week.
• 49 - .60. per mile depending on experience. Night and weekend differential pay.
• $10 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
• $25 short haul pay for all loads under 50 miles.
• Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
