Who are we hiring?

As a Copywriter Student Associate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to join the creative force behind two of New York’s most iconic sports franchises. The MSG Sports Brand Creative Team is looking for an enthusiastic and talented copywriter for this upcoming season. You will help develop innovative marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and crafting engaging content with our brand partners. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in brand building while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is for driven, self-motivated creatives, looking dive into the world of sports marketing at the Worlds’ Most Famous Arena.

What will you do?

• Work with designers, copywriters and producers to create copywriting materials to support digital content series, one off pieces, and Out of Home marketing efforts
• Learn to work as a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Support brand experts on quick-turnaround content for social marketing of our entertainment brands

What do you need to succeed?

• Strong interest in copywriting
• Prior work experience in copywriting preferred
• Knowledge of the Knicks and Rangers
• An ability to generate creative ideas
• Strong writing skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and professionalism

STUDENT ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate candidates with a class status of junior or above
• GPA of 3.2 or above
• Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment
• Available to work a minimum 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week
