Accounts Payable Clerk 

Salary range:  $18-$20 

 

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk based at our AIG - Conley, GA location. 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

With your keen eye for discrepancies, you ensure the accounts payable process runs smoothly and efficiently. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Processing vendor invoices using 3-way match 

• Posting electronic payments based on a daily debit report 

• Processing employee reimbursement expense reports 

• Reviewing vendor statements 

• Responding to vendor inquiries 

• Preparing checks to be mailed weekly 

• Printing stamps from website 

• Keeping up with mailing supplies 

• Utilizing UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites 

• Vendor file management both physical and digital 

• Filing all vendor paperwork 

• Purging/boxing up files quarterly 

• Vendor set-up 

 

SKILLS YOU BRING: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• Minimum two (2) years of administrative assistant work experience required 

• 3 way match comprehension 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs 

• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems 

• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records 

• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately
