About the Role

The Client Specialist is responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of tasks. One task is collaborating with the client to resolve requests or escalated employee issues. Also reviewing Power of Attorney, Legal Guardianship or Conservatorship, Representative of Estate, and other legal documents for our clients’ employees. You will work daily with other Alight Colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery.

Responsibilities

• Working on escalations from our client that are urgent in nature.

• Participating in quality assurance review efforts to ensure our legal reviews are accurate.

• Partnering with our Client Managers in the development of a project’s requirements and completing participant workflows.

• Participating in internal team discussions for case resolutions.

• Helping teammates close out work activities and interacting with call center to resolve participant issues or escalations.

• Understanding how to utilize the data on our proprietary system to perform root cause analysis and trending for continuous improvement opportunities.

• Developing reports utilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and/or resolve issues.

• Providing creative solutions to continuously improve processes, improve customer experience, and optimize client delivery.

Requirements

• Have Bachelor’s (in a business context) or equivalent work experience.

• Have Paralegal certificate or law license.

• Have an understanding of the project life cycle and deployment governance.

• Have ability to oversee and coach others with regards to a specific project and/or process.

• Have ability to lead projects utilizing standard project management disciplines.

• Have U.S. citizenship and reside in continental United States.
