Social Worker - Somerset - Full Time/TEMPORARY (@6 months with flexibility) - $34.00 - $40.00 hourly rate (depending on experience - 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday - The area's highest quality nursing care services providing a warm and compassionate homelike community in a state-of-the-art environment The Social Worker will carry out and maintain person-centered quality care for residents to maximize their well being and quality of life. This includes coordinating and planning social and educational programs and interventions to meet their defined needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• MSW and BSW from an accredited College or University required
• Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW)
• Current New Jersey Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 3 years of Long Term Care Experience and 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting. 
• Geriatric experience strongly preferred.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
