Business Analyst III (Ecommerce)

What you’ll be doing:
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Supports business operations by analyzing requirements.
Act as a liaison between vendors and business users along with other IT teams
Assesses current practices, collects information, and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives.
Designs new projects/programs by analyzing clients' requirements.
Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products.
Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends.
Translates users' business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
Applies methodologies such as Agile methodology, Unified Modeling Language ("UML") and Rational Unified Process ("RUP") and prepares detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation.
Identifies and effectively communicates risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications. Participates in managing the scope of applications and related changes
Typically assigned to important/complicated undertakings.
Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of the professional function and in-depth specialization in ecommerce platforms. Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur. Has in-depth knowledge of Unified Modeling Language ("UML") and Rational Unified Process ("RUP"). Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Understands and applies Agile methodology techniques and leveraging Jira to create project artifacts.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms
5+ years of related experience
Technical Scrum Master experience
Strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Kanban
Working knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
Hands-on experience with Jira (Agile project management tool)
Act as a liaison between vendors and business users along with other IT teams
Experienced in Product lifecycle, Requirements documentation and delivery

Master’s degree
