Senior Support Consultant - Cloud

<h2>Overview</h2> <p></p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Support Consultant – Cloud </strong>to join our team and drive the implementation, support, and evolution of cloud-based electronic invoicing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in B2B integration, data exchange protocols, secure communication, and experience with XML/EDI technologies. A background in European eInvoicing standards and regulations is an advantage.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will undergo an initial training period followed by ongoing hands-on experience and support to become largely autonomous in delivering and supporting eInvoicing integration projects.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and configure cloud-based eInvoicing solutions for B2B integrations</li> <li>Support integration with customer systems using APIs, XML, JSON, and EDI formats</li> <li>Analyze customer requirements and ensure seamless system-to-system communication</li> <li>Work with communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS for secure data exchange</li> <li>Troubleshoot integration issues across OS platforms (Linux/Windows), file transfer, and message encryption</li> <li>Develop and maintain scripts and automation for data handling and deployment</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment</li> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant eInvoicing standards and regional tax regulations (e.g., PEPPOL, CTC, VAT reform)</li> <li>Document solutions, workflows, and technical processes clearly</li> <li>Provide remote troubleshooting and support post-implementation</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7 years of relevant experience in cloud integration or B2B product environments</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with APIs, XML, JSON for integration tasks</li> <li>Proven experience with B2B connectivity, especially using protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS1/AS2, HTTPS</li> <li>Solid understanding of data formats (XML/XSD, EDIFACT, X12, UTF-8/ASCII)</li> <li>Practical knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (EDIINT, AS2)</li> <li>Working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows systems</li> <li>Experience with scripting and basic automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)</li> <li>Familiarity with containerized solutions, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments</li> <li>Understanding of security protocols and PKI (SSL, certificates, encryption)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with enterprise security protocols: OAuth, SAML, LDAP, SSO</li> <li>Exposure to European eInvoicing standards (e.g., PEPPOL, CTC, VAT compliance in EU and France)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams</li> <li>Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to challenges</li> <li>Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English and French required)</li> <li>High adaptability to new environments and technical requirements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Company Overview</strong> </p> <p>At Axway, we’re more than a company—we’re a pioneer.
