What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Implementation Analyst, Pricing at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 3 years of professional experience with legal documentation, agreements and language
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask
  • Able to collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan
  • Able to do a critical quantitative evaluation and make recommendations
  • Expert in interpretation, loading and auditing pricing
  • Able to demonstrate leadership to drive results.  Self-driven and takes ownership of workload with minimal management support
  • Able to work with other individuals within the organization to effectively interpret, load and audit pricing

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Mathematics or Finance
  • Professional experience in quantitative analysis
  • Professional experience in an audit function with SOX compliance responsibilities
  • Experience working in the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry or in the transportation, logistics or supply chain management environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Build pricing agreements into an active rating system that allows automatic rating of invoices
  • Compare for accuracy the language in contracts, pricing agreements, and tariff applications vs. rates implemented in XPO’s auto rating system
  • Identify rating problems and initiate resolutions to ensure correct invoicing
  • Resolve issues for invoices that do not rate automatically
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual SOX compliance initiatives #LI-Hybrid
