Your role in our mission

 

  • Implementing Project Management Methodology/Framework that aligns to Gainwell standards 
  • Maintain RQMS, the central repository for all Change Management  project information 
  • Maintain a well-defined project management process or methodology; develop plans, processes, guidelines and templates in line with Gainwell best practice and client requirements 
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring team completes and/or resolves efficiently. 
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of risks, ensuring team applies corrective measures to mitigate risks efficiently. 
  • Meets or exceeds Change Management SLAs and financial forecast
  • Manages communication across all stakeholders, third-party contributors and project leaders 
  • Mentor and train an experienced and competent staff of project managers, business analysts and testers 
  • Identify, track and manage Program Deliverables and Milestones 
  • Manages the Gainwell contract requirements and changes, including traceability and change impact, plus templates etc. 
  • Oversees Gainwell sub-contractor requirements and deliverables
  • Account Leadership 

 

What we're looking for

 

  • Lead teams of project managers, business analysts and SIT testers
  • Outline a well-defined project management process or methodology; develop plans, processes, guidelines and templates in line with Gainwell best practice and client requirements 
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of risks, actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring the team applies corrective measures to mitigate risks efficiently and resolves issues efficiently.
  • Manages communication across all stakeholders, third-party contributors and project leaders 
  • Manages the Gainwell contract, including Change Management SLAs
  • Oversees Gainwell sub-contractor requirements and deliverables
  • Meets or exceeds financial forecast

 

What you should expect in this role

 

  • A fully remote position with possible travel to the Augusta, ME Gainwell office
  • Must be able to work 8-5pm Eastern Standard Time
