We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to drive workforce excellence at our manufacturing plant. If you're passionate about fostering a strong company culture, optimizing talent, and aligning HR strategies with business success, this role is for you!

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations to support organizational success.

What you will do:

  • Lead Ingredion’s People and Capability Review (Talent Review and Succession Planning) process to identify and develop talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and drive the Ingredion Performance System (IPS) People Pillar at the Indianapolis site.
  • Support the implementation of effective HR Processes in alignment with the IPS Management System through lean processes such as: hiring, on boarding, training, overtime, absenteeism, development plans and performance management.
  • Build and maintain effective, productive relationships with union representatives, including maintenance of the grievance process for the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Apply HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent application while working with leadership to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs in accordance with Company Policy.
  • Manage the site collective bargaining agreements ensuring all aspects of the agreement are followed.
  • Coordinate all staffing activities, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality talent capable of supporting the short and long-term needs of the business.
