Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, with a track record of achievement.

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively managing unforeseen situations and requests.
• Strong grasp of financial principles and business operations, enabling meaningful contributions to financial objectives.
