Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Summary:

Plans, organizes, secures, aligns and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific integrations goals and objectives within the Integration Management Office. This role will have a focus on Fiber and Managed Services and the associated acquisitions while having the flexibility to pivot to support other acquisitions as necessary. Partners with project stakeholders, internal and external customers, and cross-functional teams. Facilitates a cross-functional team to execute on defined deliverables and drives key decisions. Common deliverables typically include the program/project charter, scope definition, requirements documents, work activities, project schedule, risk log, communication plan, resource plan, risk management plan, procurement plans, project budget, quality control plan, status updates, reporting, and tracking.

Location: This role requires that you reside within the Atlanta Metro area. This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is a mix of work-from-office/work-from-home.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Leads simultaneous integration initiatives ensuring prioritization based on business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Heads up integration efforts, serving as an advisor on integration strategy and working with key stakeholders to develop plans and processes that ensures achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
  • Engages with acquired entity leadership and other key stakeholders to define mutual responsibilities and milestones.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and key resource to functional integration leaders, managing cross functional relationships through transparency.
  • Manages complex and strategic programs/projects under minimal supervision.
  • Reporting, communications, relationships, and sphere of influence which typically occur within team, key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Full accountability for planning, requirements, tasks, funding allocation, estimation, scheduling and risk management.
  • Develops detailed integration schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key milestones and adjusts plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers.
  • Will lead and provide guidance and direction to junior integration management staff, if applicable.
  • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures.
  • Sets and manages expectations, escalating issues and changes as required.
  • Measures progress toward goals and revises objectives; documents applying change control procedures.
  • Manages, the creation and tracking of processes, procedures, and documentation that improves execution of Integration Management Office.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field ) or 12 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 8 years of experience required in a related field (i.e. telecommunications industry, project management, integration management, or process improvement)
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Devonsoft and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, project management, leadership, presentation, and related skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization

Preferred

  • Preferred certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP and/or Agile.
  • Preferred understanding of managed services platforms and cloud-based solutions.
