Senior Associate | IP & Technology

We are currently looking for a senior associate lawyer to join our IP & Technology Team. The position is ideally suited for someone who thrives in the dynamic intersection of technology law and M&A transactions, having at least four years of practical experience working with demanding IP and technology law assignments. You will be part of one of the leading practices in Finland advising top-tier clients across borders and industries.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a senior associate, you will be advising clients on various technology law-related matters and transactions across diverse industries, such as healthcare and life sciences, consumer and retail, technology, media and telecom, engineering and machinery, and defence. You will particularly have the opportunity to also expand your knowledge in the field of tech businesses powered by venture capital.

You will be working alongside your colleagues and also be in a position to use and develop your mentoring and coaching skills. Beyond legal work, we value your contributions to our down-to-earth team culture, and to maintaining and developing the business together with your colleagues.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• shares a genuine personal interest in technology law, including in tech-driven M&A transactions
• has ability to take ownership of client assignments (with at least four years of working experience)
• has a forward-looking yet analytical way of working with attention to detail
• is enthusiastic about providing world-class advice and service to our clients
• communicates clearly, openly, and constructively, ensuring smooth collaboration
• can work with AI tools
• is fluent in Finnish and English (other languages would be considered a bonus)
