Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.</p><p>As a <strong><strong>Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst</strong></strong> you will be involved in: </p><ul><li><strong><strong>Agile Facilitation:</strong></strong> Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/ Kanban) to ensure smooth collaboration between teams</li><li><strong><strong>Requirements Gathering:</strong></strong> Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals Participate in customer workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit/gap analysis</li><li><strong><strong>Backlog Management:</strong></strong> Translate business requirements into <strong><strong>user stories</strong></strong>, prioritize them, and maintain a well-organized product backlog</li><li><strong><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong></strong> Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated and expectations are accurately reflected in the deliverables</li><li><strong><strong>System Customization:</strong></strong> Map user requirements to system capabilities, configure software modules, and coordinate customizations with the development team</li><li><strong><strong>Sprint Planning &amp; Reviews:</strong></strong> Participate in sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring the development process stays on track and aligns with stakeholder objectives</li><li><strong><strong>Process Optimization:</strong></strong> Identify areas for process improvement within the team and the broader project, proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and delivery speed</li><li><strong><strong>User Testing:</strong></strong> Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting with execution, and ensuring that business requirements are met</li><li><strong><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</strong></strong> Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and status reports for stakeholders and project teams</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><strong>What would make you a fit for the role:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relative discipline; a master’s degree in these areas and advanced certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) are desirable</li><li>2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with large-scale software implementation projects for European Institutions or the Public Sector</li><li>Expertise in Agile methodologies, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and Business Rules Management</li><li>Strong ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications</li><li>Experience in coordinating and executing user testing activities</li><li>ideally with expertise or familiarity with techniques such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), User Stories definition, Story Mapping, and the use of personas and feature files (Gherkin)</li><li>Strong client-facing skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Effective communication and proficient presentation abilities</li><li>Excellent organizational capabilities with attention to detail</li><li>Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments</li><li>Fluency in the <strong><strong>English</strong></strong> language</li></ul><p><strong><strong>It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful web services, and asynchronous communication methods (e.g., Apache Kafka) will
