Senior UX Designer - 1 year fixed term

<p>Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer as a 12 months parental leave cover to join our Product Design Team in Berlin. </p><p>This is an individual contributor role.  Your primary responsibility will be to create smooth onboarding flows and personalized landing experiences for medical students and professionals in different markets. You will be playing a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and ensuring that users have a seamless, personalized journey throughout the product.</p><p>Our ultimate goal is to improve patients' lives by empowering doctors to provide the best possible care. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and medical experts to design and deliver practical solutions. You will work closely with the design and user research team to optimize the product, conduct testing, and validate results.</p><p>You should be passionate about UX, information architecture (IA), interaction design, and clear, minimal UI design. Your design skills should also incorporate technical thinking, such as understanding how metadata and web services impact your design. You enjoy experimenting to find the right solutions for complex problems. Additionally, you should understand the product development process strongly, from problem definition to detailed UX/UI prototypes, resulting in shipped products.  Experience working on multidisciplinary teams is also preferred.</p><p></p><h3>About AMBOSS</h3><p>AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.</p><p></p><h3>You will:</h3><ul> <li>Work in the Home &amp; Onboarding team and closely collaborate with peers in Product, Engineering, Medical and Sales to comprehensively understand user needs around first-time-usage, continuous personalization and support</li> <li>Ensure  a cohesive and personalized user experience across areas such as global navigation, dashboards and help </li> <li>Create prototypes that accurately reflect the design intent.
