<p>What you do </p>

<p>You will manage large scale and cross-functional audits with in-depth knowledge and experience in several business areas. An Senior Auditor is considered as an expert with no specific need for supervision including people management responsibility within the audit project in charge. Audit work and related activities are performed under the supervision of a Regional Audit Head. <br/>
<br/>
You will also participate in the follow up reviews for respective areas to ensure that audit recommendations raised have been implemented by the due date. Other accountabilities consist in carrying out other related work and/or projects, which may be required by Head of Audit or by a Regional Audit Head. <br/>

Your key responsibilities:</p>

<ul>
<li>Conducting risk assessments at process level for the development of Allianz Partners Annual Internal Audit Plan and executing assignments in accordance with the Allianz Partners Annual Internal Audit Plan and with Group and IIA standards. </li>
<li>Preparing Audit Planning Memorandum, Audit Working Program and requested document list for each assignment for approval by Regional Audit Heads. </li>
<li>Holding opening and closing meetings with the relevant stakeholders to commence audit and to discuss observations at the end of the audit respectively. </li>
<li>Examining the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance and the efficiency of the operational processes and ensuring that in-depth and well documented audit work has been performed with adequate working papers maintained for each assignment. </li>
<li>Supervising auditors throughout the given assignment and actively contributing to the development of skills and competences of auditors under his/her responsibility by providing regular feedback during & after audit assignments. </li>
<li>Preparing a written closing presentation and audit report to present audit findings and conclusions. They will include recommendations to Management and suggestions for improving the overall internal control environment. </li>
<li>Challenging and agreeing management action plans before issuing a final report. </li>
<li>Developing and managing relationships with Heads of Functions in Business Units and eventually establish full relationship management with local CEOs. </li>

What you bring </p>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge in Audit methodology, risk assessment for risk-based audits, governance and regulatory requirements, analyzing and mapping processes, and root-cause analysis </li>
<li>Interviewing techniques, project management, project management, and data mining / analytical skills </li>
<li>Strong experience in Audit, university degree, and Audit Certification </li>
<li>Knowledge of the Group and the company, IT-landscape and virtual processes, consulting skills for business improvement </li>
<li>Looking at processes from a strategic point of view, understanding of and aligning with ICS functions </li>
<li>Business English language skills </li>
<li>Available to travel and manage a maximum of 4 to 5 missions abroad<br/>
