Sr. Total Rewards Analyst
As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you will conduct analysis, interpret results, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of Thirty Madison’s Total Rewards Programs designed to attract, retain, motivate, and reward team members. You will also assist with the administration of our benefit programs ensuring legal compliance through maintenance of plan documents and regulatory notices and filings. In addition, you will have the privilege of collaborating with and advising employees on total reward inquiries. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

- The base pay range for this position is $111,200.00 - $152,900 per year.

What you get to do every day
- Develop, implement, analyze, monitor and administer total reward policies, programs, processes and communications ensuring alignment with company strategy and Total Rewards philosophy.
- Run the day-to-day relationship with all benefit plan providers ensuring the appropriate support levels and adherence to plan controls.
- Maintain compensation structure through participation in salary surveys and analysis of market movement.
- Participate in external benefit surveys, provide detailed analysis on competitive position, trends and recommend program adjustments based on findings.
- Design, generate and analyze a variety of special reports to monitor the integrity of our total reward programs and assess effectiveness in driving the right behaviors, alignment to company culture and financial impact.
- Consult with and resolve employee inquiries regarding health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
- Collaborate with corporate legal to ensure compliance with benefit program statutory and regulatory requirements including the updating of plan documents and submission of various compliance notices and filings.
- Monitor and approve all open enrollment, new hire, family status and evidence of insurability changes ensuring adherence to all plan rules.
What you bring to the role
- 5 years total rewards program development, administration, and analytical work experience.
- Proficiency in laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
- Experience with ADP or similar Human Resources Information System.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret results, identify trends, issues and prepare recommendations.
- Ability to partner with the business to understand their needs and develop suitable reward program recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex total rewards concepts in an understanding and empathetic manner.
