DigitalOptometrics is a dynamic, fast-growing, innovative company that provides a comprehensive eye exam to patients using our patented remote technology. This remote experience supports added flexibility for Optometrists and expanded options for patients to schedule an eye exam.

At DigitalOptometrics we are actively seeking a Jr Operations Engineer, with 3+ years experience, to join our team of highly talented professionals. The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with solid communication skills to drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Unpack, configure and image desktop and laptop computers.
• Deploy/upgrade Windows10/11.
• Troubleshoot basic Windows 10/11 issues.
• Maintain and update asset management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to solve business problems with current technology.
• Support local office staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of networking and switching.
• Must be a self-starter and have ability to work without direct supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite, Office 365 and/or G-Suite

Bonus:

• High level knowledge of VOIP solutions.
• Experience or knowledge with ConnectWise Automate, Manage and Control.
