Responsibilities
• Prepare and distribute work to Staff for processing
• Review, maintain and provide accurate production and inventory reporting
• Ability to prioritize work with tight schedules and target dates
• Reconcile daily completed work for auditing
• Create letters and log documents returned to Members
• Provide assistance to Chief Clerks in the Eligibility department
• Assist with Data Entry as assigned
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or degree preferred; plus
• Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in a general office environment required
• Good keyboarding skills required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate organizational skills, with ability to work independently, as a team player, multi-task and follow-up
• Knowledge of member eligibility system and all Funds’ eligibility rules
• Must meet performance and attendance standards
• Available to work overtime a plus
