<b>Job responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Is a subject matter expert in Protein Analytical topics and projects;</li>
<li>Supports the evaluation of the feasibility of new project within the area of expertise;</li>
<li>Direct contact and mentor of the technicians working within the team, and other internal departments;</li>
<li>Deputy of the sub department's supervisor (disciplinary management);</li>
<li>Direct contact and mentor of the departmental technicians;</li>
<li>Support the training of (new) technicians;</li>
<li>Supports working in a safe environment and activity promotes this activity;</li>
<li>Document revision and review, daily overview of planned activities;</li>
<li>Evaluates results, writes conclusions and reports;</li>
<li>Responsible for accurate and timely review and "support to" of departmental documentation, results, labexpections, OOS investigations, change Controls and CAPA's;</li>
<li>Active communication on issues and delays and comes with proposals or Solutions, were possible;</li>
<li>Responsible for troubleshooting in (non) routine situations;</li>
<li>Representative for the sub department during cliënt visits and in audits;</li>
<li>SME in project teams for topics related to all activities within the responsibilities of the protein analytics team;</li>
<li>Verification of compliance with GMP regulations;</li>
<li>Technical assessment of relevant testing (e.g. HPLC, capillary electrophoresis , spectrophotometric analyses in accordance with the internal procedures);</li>
<li>Lead internal projects when applicable;</li>
<li>Participates in all practical activities within the sub department in accordance with GLP/GMP;</li>
<li>Reports aberrant results to the Supervisor QC Protein Analytics timely, factual and accurate registration (including calculation, assessment and control) of Quality Control records;</li>
<li>Will perform validation (development) and setup of new analytical methods / processes.<br/>

</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications required</b></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Academical / HLO with significant experience;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a GMP (Bio)analytical QC environment;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Knowlegde of LC methods;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Good communication skills both written and verbal;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>English required, Dutch is a pre;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>You reside in and are eligible to work in The Netherlands (valid work permit).</span></span></span>.</li>
