The Technician is responsible for carrying out laboratory analyses/experiments and process research operations utilizing Pilot Plant processing equipment. The primary accountabilities of the role include control of batches, experiments, materials, housekeeping, maintenance, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Practice Instructions, daily Pilot Plant schedule adherence, customer service, Quality, and EHS.
Responsibilities:

Confirm availability of raw and packing materials for current and next runs. Seek and understand schedule and demand plans. Coordinate by working with other team members in planning, warehouse, R&D and Engineering to ensure availability of materials. Withdraw specification of raw and pack materials from warehouse / storage Locations.

Weigh raw materials for batches following batch cards, computerized system and cGMP Standards.

Order and maintain inventory of Pilot Plant supplies as requested.

Accurately label and maintain the storage of waste drums in the Plot Plant.

Use appropriate internal business systems to plan pilot work.

Process batches following manufacturing procedures given
