Strategic Partner Marketing Manager

Join us at Pleo, where we're actively seeking an experienced and passionate Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our co-marketing efforts with our strategic partners across Europe. You’ll be responsible for building joint marketing plans with strategic partners, executing co-marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition and activation, and ultimately helping us grow our partnerships channel.
As our Strategic Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for a number of things -
- The person will help build the various Partner marketing programs and support our enablement efforts across a select group of strategic partners to grow awareness and preference towards Pleo amongst its partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies that leverage each other's strengths and capabilities.
- You will work alongside PMM to drive joint go-to-market campaigns and launches of new partnerships to accelerate awareness and adoption of our joint solutions/integrations.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- This is a highly visible role across the company, working with senior technical, commercial and marketing stakeholders from partner organizations to build strong, productive relationships that drive marketing initiatives and ultimately sales for Pleo and its partners.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and track campaign performance against established metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Align and work with the Field marketers on extending and landing global strategies and priorities in the regions
- Work across communication, sales, and product to create materials around new partners, co-developed solutions, case studies and more
What we need from you:
- Nurture relationships within complex partners, at multiple levels
- Multi-channel marketing planning & execution
- Strong Project management skills
- Experience with developing partner-facing programs and communications
- Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate to their goals
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
It would be ideal if you also had:
- Experience working in rapid-growth companies and industries
- A passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge of using marketing tools, e.g. Hubspot
- A strong track record of developing impactful partnership initiatives
