As an Associate Analyst, you will be part of a client project team and will work in close collaboration with experienced consultants. Moreover, you will have the possibility to be involved in internal projects, which may include for example business development, employer branding, or learning initiatives depending on your interests and background. <br/>
Your tasks will, among others, include: </p><ul><li><p>Supporting colleagues with preparation of client material and workshops </p></li><li><p>Analysing as-is situations and applying Deloitte’s best-practice frameworks in order to solve clients’ challenges </p></li><li><p>Carrying out research, data collection and analysis, applying rigorous logic to deliver insights to clients on the broader HR domain</p></li><li><p>General project and business development support by contributing to proposals and other internal activities. </p></li></ul><p>In consulting, no two days are the same. The position as an Associate Analyst in Deloitte Consulting will provide you with valuable experience and ultimately will prepare you for a career as a management consultant. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, and we will adjust your tasks together with you according to your exams.</p><p><strong>Who will you be working with? </strong><br/>

Whether you study business, psychology, human resource management, political science, strategy, IT, data science or something completely different, is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your deep interest in human resources and strategic approaches to organisational topics. <br/>
Further, we pay attention to the following aspects: </p><ul><li><p>You are in the final year of your bachelor or currently pursuing a master’s degree and have excellent results in your studies. </p></li><li><p>You have an eagerness to make a difference for our clients and colleagues. </p></li><li><p>You have good interpersonal and teamwork skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. </p></li><li><p>We are a diverse bunch of nationalities, and thus require that you are fluent in English.
