Task requirements   Responsibilities:
1. Act as HQ A&S project officer for planning and delivery of Pj IRONSIDE initiatives.
2. Support A&S AADP PwG lead in delivery of recommended changes as endorsed by ECAB.
3. Support SO1 A&S (Res) with Digitalisation/Metric project development and delivery.
4. HQ A&S focal point for Inflow and Engagement work (with HQ RG and HC PCO).
5. HQ A&S link with HQ MS/APC for ATMS delivery.
6. Support SO1 A&S with QPRR Returns/ KPI development.
7. Support SO2 A&S with O&D Trawls as necessary. Essential competencies   Pers experience
Staff Experience Desirable competencies   Previous Corps HQ Experience Selection Process   Application filtered to Boarding Additional information   This post will deliver change to 14 Capbadge RHQs across A&S under Pj IRONSIDE and in support of the AADP Sprint recommendations. It will also support BaU activity in a very small HQ. This is a complex and diverse organisation and will be a challenging and rewarding role.
