Job Overview

**Multiple Openings Role must sit in Frisco TX**
This role supports Learning & Development by providing senior-level business support including management systems, project & program level sustainment and health and oversees day-to-day business processes and quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded content and learning programs while managing program risks and changes. Success is measured by timely program delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction. The work impacts the organization by enabling efficient program execution and maintaining standards that meet regulatory and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and schedules with to ensure timely program delivery
  • Implement process controls to maintain department compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Acting as liaison between management and external/internal partners
  • Create and lead project and cross-functional teams, providing project updates and status reports to stakeholders
  • Manage program changes and risks by evaluating impacts and promoting best practices for continuous improvement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
  • 2-4 years - Supervisory or program management experience.

    Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $150,700

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
