The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Sr. Manager, Change Management Strategy & Reporting will be responsible for defining the migration roadmap and adoption strategy as Marketing Transformation capabilities, including those for Project Flywheel, are enabled. Project Flywheel is the Enterprise initiative to advance the end-to-end marketing execution technical and operational ecosystem to drive greater efficiency, business impact, and support the next generation of marketing processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define migration approach and sequence across U.S. Consumer Marketing to ensure a seamless transition of execution capabilities into workflows
- Develop adoption strategies that streamline change, reduce resistance, and ensure a frictionless transition for Marketers
- Own migration updates between Marketers, Marketing Execution Team, and the Marketing Transformation team to enable a successful rollout
- Leverage operational reporting to surface capability gaps, process inefficiencies, and inform the evolution of the future-state platform roadmap
- Lead a Sr. Analyst dedicated to platform adoption and operational reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience crafting strategic roadmaps in white space environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing large-scale initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with cross-functional partners and communicate with all levels of colleagues
- Experience developing and implementing measurement frameworks to track process adoption and inform platform improvements
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment and a bias towards action
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
