Fjällräven’s Marketing Department is looking for a Global Digital Designer to join our creative team for nine months to cover a parental leave. This is your opportunity to shape digital experiences while working with a brand committed to sustainability, functionality, and design excellence.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong> <br/>As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for driving Fjällräven’s creative digital vision, crafting visually engaging, user-focused experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with teams across eCommerce, global marketing, UX/UI, and development to ensure that every digital asset aligns with our brand identity and engages our customers. </p><p>This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital marketing campaigns and content creation while managing the tools and systems that enhance Fjällräven’s digital presence and impact. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul> <li>Collaborate with the Global Visual Design team, Copywriters, and Creative Leads to develop innovative and engaging content for campaigns and digital marketing across multiple channels. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Act as the primary contact for eCommerce design, optimizing digital assets such as landing pages, ads, and email marketing to align with our values and customer needs. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Oversee the Marigold Engage system and drive UX/UI improvements. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Manage digital design tools such as Figma and Optimizely, as well as other relevant platforms like Sanity, working closely with teams to streamline design processes. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Work with internal teams (designers, copywriters, eCommerce) to align digital strategies with business goals while ensuring technical consistency with platform requirements. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies such as AR, VR, and AI to enhance user experiences and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.</li> </ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong> </p><p>As a Global Digital Designer, you are a proactive, self-motivated creative professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You have a deep understanding of visual design and are comfortable working across both the creative and technical aspects of digital design. Your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple channels and manage multiple projects will be key to your success. </p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong>: </p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Interactive Design, or a related field. </li> </ul><ul> <li>5–7 years of experience as a Digital Designer in an agency or in-house role. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong expertise in creating engaging digital content across web, email, and social media. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, InVision, and Figma. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience in photo and video editing, with an understanding of best practices in digital content creation. </li> </ul><ul> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.</li> </ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes: </strong></p><ul> <li>You are confident in taking ownership of projects while fostering collaboration across teams. </li> </ul><ul> <li>You approach challenges with creativity and an innovative mindset, always seeking solutions that benefit both the brand and the customer. </li> </ul><ul> <li>You simplify complex ideas and communicate them effectively to a variety of stakeholders. </li> </ul><ul> <li>You bring positive energy to team environments, contributing to shared goals with enthusiasm. </li> </ul><ul> <li>You stay organized and manage multiple projects effectively, even in high-pressure situations. </li> </ul><ul> <li>You have a keen eye for detail while maintaining a strategic perspective in your design decisions.</li> </ul><p>This position is based at our office in Solna. </p><p>If you are a talented Digital Designer with a strong creative vision, we encourage you to apply through our career page in English.
