Our team helps companies streamline and effectively manage their international assignment programme in a cost efficient manner. You'll assist our team with international assignee management, Human Resources, payroll, finance in addition to mobility policy process and governance consulting.
Job Description
Our globally-integrated solutions support global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services and digital solutions. As a trusted advisor of compliance, consulting and technology services to multinational corporations, we solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure our clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global mobility experience.
As an associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to
- Prepare deliverables (Individual Tax Returns, tax reports, tax calculations and other relevant tasks)
- You will act as the first point of contact for the client´s HR responsible and have regular contact with specialists in payroll, immigration and other Global Mobility related domains.
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
- Cooperate with others to stretch opportunities and deliver results
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends
- Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them over for review
- Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice
- Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.
- Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
- Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills

Qualifications
- You have a masters degree in Law, Economics or similar
- You are fluent in Swedish and English (German is an advantage but not necessary)
- You have strong communication skills and are client oriented
- You have a practical and hands-on attitude
- Accuracy, a critical mind-set, good writing skills are embedded in your DNA
- You are well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- You are a team player and take responsibility in developing yourself and others
- You are interested in automation, data analytics and building an efficient work environment
