Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$106,300.00 - $175,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

The Strategic Initiatives Director is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Technology & Operations Transformation Office that is at the center of building best practices that drive consistency and scale across our technology organizations. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision and driving consistency and operational excellence across the offices of the CXOs, while partnering across the transformation office to develop and implement scalable best practices that deliver exceptional experiences. We’re looking for a self-starter who is collaborative, works well in ambiguous situations, enjoys strategic problem solving, and has strong executive presence.

What Will You Do?

This dynamic role will have accountabilities for;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cyber CXO and other key stakeholders such as Communications, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, and Enterprise Chapters to support strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Partner with Portfolio & Demand Management to support coordination of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), portfolio strategic initiatives reporting, and managing processes to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to craft presentations and communications that convey current and future states, gap analyses, and strategic recommendations for internal and external engagements.
  • Develop and implement practices to enhance organizational operations, driving continuous improvement and optimization. Examples include planning increment immersions and CXO communications on key initiatives.
  • Facilitate business meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate content for CXO leadership teams and extended leadership teams.
  • Lead strategic projects to support scaled implementation.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and partner with executives and senior leadership.
  • Experience serving as a trusted, strategic thought partner in a technology organization, including managing confidential details on their behalf.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including development of executive level presentations and proposals.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and success in leading large initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to bring together the right people for meaningful discussions toward data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working with unstructured information to build strategic approaches.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables).
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Agile (CSM or PO), Project Management (PMP), Change Management (PROSCI) or Lean Sigma Black Belt).
