Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst

That's where you come in! <h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>4.0 to 7.0 years of total work experience.</li><li> MUST have worked as a Functional Business Analyst.</li><li>MUST have experience working in the Insurance Domain.</li><li> In-depth knowledge of the software application development lifecycle, including project management, estimations, stakeholder management, etc.</li><li>A consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the client business problems, evaluating multiple options, and proposing the optimal solution.</li><li>Ability to go beyond the stated requirements and think out of the box to present new/innovative ideas that deliver tangible business benefits.</li><li>Ability to do required research on client/industry/competition/technology/domain.</li><li>Ability to learn new tools/concepts/technology.</li><li> Ability to craft a customized proposal or solution keeping the clients’ requirements, competition, and organizations core strengths in mind.</li><li>Ability to effectively lead diverse teams, set expectations, review collaterals and escalate (when necessary).</li><li>Strong planning skills and a commitment to meeting deliverable timelines.</li><li>Conversant with the recent technology trends including new-age technologies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.</li><li>Willing to travel for short durations to client offices.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><a href="https://www.nagarro.com/hubfs/NagarroWebsiteRedesign-Aug2020/Assets/Docs/Applicant%20Privacy%20Notice-EN.pdf">Click here to access the application privacy notice</a></p>
