Vinyl is the number one stylized vinyl collectible on the market, selling millions of figures to fans around the world.As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance across multiple software development projects, including manual and automated testing.  You will be responsible for defining the Testing/QA processes, designing, and documenting the tests scenarios and test cases, executing the testing cycles, identifying defects, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also closely work with the business users to define, execute and track the UAT testing phase. You will leverage your expertise to develop in collaboration with our product and engineering team, our initial strategies for testing early development builds across our application landscape including Digital and ERP systems The ideal candidate’s background should include experience in end to end testing management, technical writing skills with ability to document test cases and have a natural analytical way of thinking with the ability to understand the system solution design and identify the appropriate testing methodology.  What You’ll Do 
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. 
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate all testing activities across the project lifecycle. 
  • Analyze, estimate, prioritize, test cases for automation. 
  • Accurately identify, record and document testing executions, and track bugs using appropriate tools like Github and Asana 
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs. 
  • Monitor debugging process results. 
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. 
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. 
  • Ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams 
  • Detail-oriented and able to use good judgment when making decisions 

What You’ll Bring 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 
  • 2+ years of software/web application/systems quality assurance 
  • Proven work experience in ERP application testing and quality assurance 
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes 
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. 
  • Working knowledge with automated testing tools 
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. 
  • Experience with Qmetry, TestRails, Selenium, Appium, and BrowserStack is a plus. 
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. 
  • Flexibility in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities 
  • Advanced skillsets in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Passion for delivering for your customers. 
Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72,000 – 93,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
