Our hyper growth presents an exciting and interesting challenge to scale people, processes, and develop management capability effectively in a constantly evolving business context. We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to be a trusted partner to our leaders and their teams, advising and coaching on all aspects of people management - Leadership Development, Organization Design, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and everything in between. This role will play a critical part in building management capability by educating and training managers on employee life cycle processes and people management.

What You'll Achieve:

• Build deep partnerships with the management team and every manager in the organization
• Advise on, create, and execute people strategies that drive the business forward
• Consult with the management team with Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management
• Build career pathways that drive the business forward, to ensure we retain our people long term and provide them with meaningful development opportunities
• Share proactive insights from people data, to uncover hot spots, and ensure Censys is being proactive to retain top talent
• Support the performance review process: facilitate training sessions, conduct manager calibrations, host office hours and assist in the promotion/merit cycle
• Coach Managers to lead through change, effectively performance manage, and increase employee engagement with ongoing feedback and effective communication on an ongoing basis
• Coach and advise managers on complex leadership and HR matters including sensitive employee relations issues
