Information Systems & Computing (ISC) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is a well-rounded, collaborative, service-oriented and people focused HR professional. The position will work in close collaboration with the Assistant Director and Director of Human Resources, to support the talent acquisition life-cycle process and provide overall support for the day-to-day HR operations. The HR Generalist also supports employee focused initiatives and programs such as employee engagement, talent management, & recognition. The ISC HR Generalist fosters a culture of belonging and demonstrates strong partnering capabilities across all levels of the organization.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of full Talent Acquisition life cycle process. Serve as the centralized intake for requisition requests. Consult with hiring managers, scope role, ensure selection panel is established, provide guidance on an effective and compliant selection process consistent with established processes and best practices. Partner with hiring managers to inform sourcing strategy and to source and screen candidates.  Facilitate the process through reference check, offer negotiations, and background check

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Administer the ISC orientation and onboarding processes and program

  • Data Entry: Utilize Workday, enter transactions
